About us

Stichting Discovering Diversity was established in Netherlands, by four like minded individuals, with international working experience in International Relations, Corporations, willing to take action, use their experience and bridge the cultural gap between people through research, workshops, events, social and development projects.

Pallab Roy – Founding Member 
He is a founding member of Stichting Discovering Diversity, an initiative close to his heart that aims to promote inclusion, understanding, and social harmony. Professionally, he works as an engineer with Viasat, stationed at a Satellite Ground Station in the Netherlands. Beyond his engineering career, He is a passionate DIY enthusiast who enjoys building and creating in his free time. He is also an active social worker with extensive experience in volunteering for various non-profit and humanitarian organizations. Over the years, He has been involved with Humanity Trust and Serve the City, dedicating time and energy to community-focused projects. One of his most impactful experiences was volunteering in Operation Ganga during the early days of the Ukraine war, assisting at the Hungary–Ukraine border to support those affected by the crisis. Driven by a deep commitment to service and social impact, He continues to contribute to causes that foster diversity, compassion, and global solidarity.
 
Winston Dsouza – Founding Member
Winston Dsouza is a founding member of the Stichting Discovering Diversity. Winston holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and has his professional focus on airline alliances and partnerships as the Director of Digital Products at SkyTeam. He previously lead the ESG initiatives at SkyTeam as the Director of Sustainability with a strong focus on the social sustainability by aiming to create inclusive societies, promoting equity and ensuring the long-term well-being for all people while preserving social cohesion. This experience and passion drives Winston’s ambitions and vision for the foundation.
 
Sukanta Nama – Founding Member 
He is a founding member of the Stichting Discovering Diversity and currently work as a Principal QA at Linkit in the Netherlands. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering, He specializes in defining test strategies, designing scalable test automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. His expertise spans a wide range of open-source and commercial QA tools, supporting efficient and robust testing across diverse client projects. Beyond work, He is passionate about music, exploring culinary experiences, and reading books on finance.
 
Biswarup Ghoshal – Founding Member
Biswarup is a multifaceted professional with a rich blend of technical expertise and creative passion. At 44, he leads a tech transformation team in the Netherlands, driving innovation and digital change. With an engineering background, Biswarup combines analytical thinking with artistic flair. Beyond his professional life, he is an official volunteer with the Red Cross, contributing to humanitarian efforts with dedication. As a DJ and sound producer, he brings unique energy to the music scene by blending global beats with Indian classical influences. A skilled musician, he plays the flute, guitar, and saxophone, seamlessly fusing tradition with modernity. Biswarup is also a passionate blogger, sharing his thoughts on music, technology, and life experiences. His journey reflects a harmonious balance between logic and creativity, leadership and service.
